I can't create content like I did yesterday when I bought credits. Did my money go to waste? What is this mess? I haven't been able to create a video for a day now. I'm a victim of this; please compensate me for my loss and provide me with GPT Image2 for free.
I’ve had an Adobe membership for three months, and I also purchased a Kredii subscription. I’m a student and I work part-time, but I’m finding that I can’t use the service I purchased. For the past two days, I’ve been frequently getting the error message: “Unable to load this request. We cannot process this. Please correct the issue and try again.” My work has been disrupted. I’d like you to resolve this issue for me.

I completely understand how stressful this might be. 

That being said, rest assured that your subscription is working and your money has not gone to waste. The issue you are running into is actually quite common and usually simple to resolve.

When you receive the error “Can’t load. We cannot display the generated video. You can edit it and try again.” it typically means that your text prompt or reference image has triggered the AI safety filters. If any part of your input inadvertently conflicts with the AI user guidelines, the system will automatically block the generation until the prompt or image is adjusted to meet those guidelines.

  • Please share the exact text prompt and any reference images you are trying to use.
