I can't open any of my Firefly images in photoshop online or download them in that format

I click on them and Adobe says “We couldn’t open your document” every single time……….

    I had to close PS and reopen and then drop the file into PS. Could you close and reopen PS? You may need to turn your computer off … see if there are any updates.

    Keep in mind I download the images.

    I had the same issue. PNGs, screenshots, and other files were not opening. I Quit PS and reopened it.

    Could you provide a short video of your workflow? Showing how you are going about opening the file?
    Are you downloading the file and then attempting to open it in PS? Or are you attempting to open directly in the FF app?

    I click on the Photoshop button in firefly and then when it tries to open in the browser it gives me the  “We couldn’t open your document” line.  I do not know how to download the file in Photoshop format from Adobe firefly in another way, only as a png.
