I can't use any image generation models in Firefly?

Hi, 

I just subscriped to Creative Cloud Pro and was about to generate images and videos, but neither work? So why would I be paying if it doesn’t work? Is this a common issue or just an issue at the moment?

I’d like this to get solved very soon.
