I cannot access files for editing in firefly, can access and edit those on my computer. was working fine.

I was editing files for a story. everything was going fine. whole screen went blank for about 30 seconds except for firefly toolbar. once it came back up, I attempted to continue the work. when clicking on the box to add a picture to edit nothing happened. I went to those files saved to my computer and was able to access those for reference 1 only, reference 2 would not let any images be added.

You may need to go into your Adobe Creative Cloud you can find your files there and download them. Then bring them in manually until this issue is fixed. Here s a short video showing the steps

That would work to an extent. Unfortunately, the book had reached a major transition point. With the inability to insert different characters and settings due to only reference 1 box being available this would be unworkable at best. I do thank you for admitting there is a problem on your end. Any idea on a timeframe for a fix?

No, I can add images from my computer to firefly. I can’t access the files in generation history for further editing. The same exact problem exists when using my cellphone on Adobe as well.

Same here working and everything stopped working . When it loads after several minutes Iit is laggy and slow and I can only select firefly video model. I am on premium plan how is this possible, if your doing maintenance you should warn your customers. I am paying 156 euro per month. That's 0.21 euros per hour and I am sitting here at work unable to do anything for God knows how long . We pay for 30 days acces to the service. What should I do now I am working on a deadline for a shortfall. I need to generate stuff tonight.
