I cannot generate Video or Image on Adobe Firefly

I have been receiving the pop‑up message 'Whoa there, speed racer! We can't wait to generate more content for you. Please try again later.' always when trying to generate videos or images.

I have already used the 700 credits available for this month, but the system is still showing the message: ‘You can continue to generate content at no additional cost for a limited time.’

What seems strange is that yesterday I had the same credit situation as today, and Today I was able to generate more two videos. However, now I cannot generate any additional videos.

Okay… this applies to everyone. Enterprise Accounts have an exception.

Ya, this happens occasionally. Sometimes the servers are busy, you might be generating a lot of content at a time (for example I got this msg today, I just kept hitting the generate button). I found that if I took a few minutes and hit generate it worked.

Correct there are throttle limits on fast-tracking generations per minute to prevent automated bots/bad actors from hitting/overloading the service. Give it a few minutes and try again.
