i cannot generate videos using my account !!!!!!!

when i try to generate a video , it says somehting went wrong try again later !!!
i deleted all my generation histories hoping it will fix it but still nothing
please fix it i have work to do

Now it is generating videos , but never use the first frame i attached , wasting credit on nothing

What model are you using to generate? Have you tried different settings?
