I cannot save PNg nor Jpeg files even though I press export as... or click on download. nothing is saved

I am experiencing a critical issue with the Firefly board. After several hours of work, the 'Save' button is unresponsive. I am unable to export my project as a JPEG or PNG. Additionally, the PDF export is completely broken—the output is fragmented into multiple parts and does not maintain the correct dimensions or layout of my original design. I need to export this work in the correct format immediately without losing my progress.

    Thank you for reaching out. Additionally, could you try copying and pasting it into a new board and see if that helps?

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

    I am sorry you run into this, I know how frustrating that might be, especially after putting so many hours into your board.
     

    Since I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue on my side, could you try reopening the same board in a different browser, or duplicating the board and attempting to save/export from the duplicate. Sometimes this helps reset whatever is blocking the export.
     

    Let me know how it goes so we can keep digging if needed.
