Hello,

I cant install Adobe Firefly on my android, Google Play displays "The device is not compatible with this version".

My device is Samsung S21 Ultra with Android 15, Firefly officialy requires Android 10 as minimum, so I dont see the problem. I also have and use almost all others Adobe mobile apps (such as Lightroom, Adobe Express, Creative Cloud, Rush) so I dont understand, why I is there problem specifically with Firefly. 😞

Do you have any idea, what could be the problem?

Hi @sergio-cz

Thanks for reaching out. According to Google, phones with a bigger screen size are considered tablets. Firefly is not yet compatible with tablets. While we are working to make Firefly compatible with tablets, in the meantime, you can use https://adobe.ly/4mGDESx and get a full desktop experience on your phone.  We appreciate your patience.

Let us know if you need additional help.

Hi @SamarthS, thank you for your answer.

Yesterday in the evening, I just checked Google Play once again - and I was very surprised because this time it finally allowed me to install Firefly. Probably a coincidence (or did you actually fix something with update / Google Play that quickly? 😮), but anyway, I'm glad I can now use the app.
Thank you and have a nice day.

Hi @sergio-cz ,

We asked the product team to allow the device to be used manually.

Let us know if you need additional help.

Thanks.
