I cant seem to buy credits on Firefly

I’m trying to buy credits but it only shows a prompt saying to call you.

    Hi ​@glamorous_passionf1c6,

    Are you on an enterprise plan through work or school? That is a possible reason for this message. On those plans, you cannot buy additional credits yourself.  If so, you need to talk with your local Adobe Administrator. If you are not sure who that is, please start with your IT department.
