I click on firefly and I get a white blank screen

what happened? I shift and refresh button and nothing. I am on safari web browser. I still have a blank screen on firefly.

    Certain browsers don’t play nicely w FF.
    Could you try Chrome Incognito and see if that fixes the issue?

    Safari should work. It could be interference from browser plug-ins. Can you try a Private Window in Safari and see if that works?
