I currently have 400 credits in my account but I'm unable to use them, Can you help me with it, Also the generation speed is too much slow

We’d love to help figure out what’s going on with your credits. Could you let us know what happens when you try to use them, do you see an error message or something unexpected?

It would be super helpful if you could share a screenshot of what pops up on your screen. Also, if you don’t mind, please check your balance in the Account menu (top-right corner) and share a screenshot of your credits there, just be sure to cover any personal info like your email. That way we can double‑check everything together.
