I didn't get my full 4000 credits this month and I can't seem to figure out why this has happened. Has this happened to anyone?

I haven’t used Firefly since my new billing cycle so I should have a full 4000 credits. I’m not sure why this happened.

    Hi ​@Inspiring_Lily5EAF, According to your screenshot, your cycle started on March 30. Did you use any credits in any other Adobe applications since then? Did you try signing all the way out of your Adobe account and then logging back in? Sign out is under the very top user icon at https://account.adobe.com/. Mine just reset on April 8, as you can see in the screenshot below. Also, we don’t have any access to your account here in the Community, so if you still aren’t seeing your renewed credits, please check with support.     Ah, I was using generative extend in Premier Pro and that’s where I used those credits. Thanks for the clarification. I’ll have to keep that in mind for the future.
