I didn't used all my credits and it appears I did so, its an error

Hi,

I’m currently unable to use the generative video feature. It says I have no credits left, but I believe this may be an error, as I have only used Adobe Firefly once.

Could you please help me review this issue and confirm whether my credits are displaying correctly?

    Hi ​@lsassa20,

     

    There are two ways you can get this message. The first is if what you are trying to generate requires more credits than you have left. The second way is if your plan only includes credits for standard Firefly features and you are trying to generate using a premium Firefly feature. 

     

    What plan is your plan (you can include a screen shot from account.adobe.com of the left two columns showing which plans you have, but do not include the third column that has payment information). And what were you trying to generate including what model were you trying to use.

    Hi! It appears 1000/1000 credits. Whenever I try to generate something, I receive an error message saying that I don’t have sufficient credits available. Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you!
