Adobe Firefly permission issues often stem from account licensing or admin restrictions. Log out and back in with your correct Adobe ID, then test in an incognito browser window. For organization accounts, contact your admin to enable Firefly in the Adobe Admin Console. Individual subscribers should verify their plan includes Firefly and reach Adobe Support if needed.
