I don’t understand the receipt of generative credits

Привет!

Сегодня я возобновила оплату своего плана от 14 апреля и должен был получить 100 генеративных кредитов. Но при создании изображения текста мне выдает информацию, что у меня закончились генеративные кредиты. Почему это так? Спасибо за ответ.

    Are you sure today is your refresh day?  You can see the date on your account page:

    Your experience seems like your credits have not refreshed. If you run out on the FGirefly plan, you are allowed two generations per day until your credits refresh.

    Спасибо за быстрый ответ. У меня пишет осталось 0/100. Но как могут закончится кредиты, когда сегодня у меня обновился тарифный план и я создала только 2 варианта изображения?

    When you click on your profile in the upper right corner, it will tell you how many credits you have and how many you receive per month:

    How many does it show?
