I generated videos a few days ago and now I’m trying to upscale them. Some videos load correctly, but others do not appear. When I try to upscale, I get an MP4 format error, even though they were generated here.

Since only some videos are affected, this suggests that certain generated videos are either not being properly recognized or have become inaccessible for upscaling. As a result, I’m unable to enhance the quality of those specific videos.

    Could you please provide the file size of the videos you weren’t able to upscale? If you can attach a video for us to look at, we’d appreciate that! We’d also like to know which feature you were using for the upscale (Boards or Text to Video). If you can share a screenshot of the error, that would be very helpful.
