I got “Something went wrong. Try again later.” Nothing created, Credits (500) gone and not restored

Unfortunately we’re having a hard time to track this down, a couple more specifics would help narrow the search:

• The approximate time this happened, as close as you can recall, including your timezone
• A screenshot of the error message if you still have it.
• Workflow Context:
  • Which Firefly function were you using? (e.g., Text to Image, Generative Fill, Text to Video, etc.)
  • Which model was selected? (e.g., Firefly Image 3, Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3).
  • The full prompt you were using.
  • Copies of any reference images, keyframes, or original images used.

If you're able to reproduce this again and collect a HAR file as ​@Tarun Saini requested, that would actually be the fastest route.

Important: make sure to attach the file in a direct message to protect your personal data.
