i have 3700 generative credit left for july , it showed few hours left, i used it, but it deducted from august limit .

This is a good Qs.
No your credits are not subtracted nor added to the next month. Your credits reknew and start fresh.
Example you have a subscription for 4000 credits that you bought on the 1st. Say you have a 1000 on July 30th. August 1st and proceeding months you start fresh with 4000 credits. No rollover. No subtracting of credits.
