Permission issue with Firefly credits on my paid account

Hello, I am reaching out because I cannot use Adobe Firefly despite having a paid subscription with 500 generative credits.

When I try to use Firefly features, I keep receiving an error message stating, "Contact your administrator to get permission." I have already paid for the service and can see my 500 credits in my account, so I should have full access.

Could you please check if there is a technical glitch or a profile conflict on my account and help me resolve this permission issue?

    That message is for people on enterprise or teams plans. It means that your local Adobe administrator needs to authorise your account to access that feature or the feature is not included on your enterprise plan. In either case, you best next step is to contact your organisation’s Adobe administrator. if you are not sure who that is, start with the IT department.
