I have a creative cloud account and recently added Firefly. When logged in, and with plenty of generative credits, Firefly is saying I need to purchase a plan to use.

See screenshot for more details.

When submitting a prompt, I receive the following message, “Insufficient credits: You're out of generative credits. You can wait for your credit reset or upgrade to get more credits.”

I have a creative cloud subscription and recently added Firefly, but it’s not allowing use.

    Hi lisac68115436,
    Thank you for reaching out.

The 25 credits your plan is offering, are for Standard features, while the model you’re trying to use (Partner model: Google) is a Premium feature.

left side: Standard features. right side: Premium features

If you’d like to generate images using your allotted credits, you can select models such as Firefly Image 3 or Firefly Image 4.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
