I have a Creative Cloud subscription, but I can’t access Adobe Firefly audio. It says I don’t have permission. Why is this happening?

Hi, I have an active Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, but I’m unable to use the audio generation feature in Adobe Firefly. It says that I don’t have access and need to contact an administrator.

Is there something additional I need to enable, or is this feature not included in my plan?

Thanks for writing in. What type of subscription do you have? If you’re on a Teams or Enterprise plan, you may need to reach out to the admin to assign Firefly access to yourself in the Admin Console.
