I have a problem, Firefly said that I have to buy more credits, but I already payd a montly abbonement yesterday

Ik heb gisteren een maandelijkse abbonement gekocht voor Firefly, maar deze zegt dat mijn credits nu al op zijn. Dit klopt niet. Hoe kun je me verder helpen zodat ik weer met Firefly kan werken. Zie bijlage voor bewijs van aankoop
