I have a problem, Firefly said that I have to buy more credits, but I already payd a montly abbonement yesterday

Hello, I just a monthly credit for Firefly as you can see in the attachment.

But Firefly give me the notice that I have to by more credits.

Can you help me out.

    One reason why you might get this message is if you plan only includes Firefly standard features and you try to use a Firefly premium feature. We can help you figure that out if you can reply with:

    • Please click on your avatar in the upper right corner and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.

    • Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).
