    Hi Merry_Eagle1cc4,

    Thanks for reaching out!

This usually happens if your browser is holding onto a specific regional setting or if a VPN is routing your connection. Here are a few quick steps you can try to get back to the Australian store:

    • Check the Region Selector: Scroll to the very bottom of the Adobe homepage. In the bottom-left corner, look for the "Change region" option and ensure it is set to Australia.
    • Go Incognito: Try opening the Adobe website in a private or incognito browsing window. If it shows AUD, you likely just need to clear your browser's cache and cookies.
    • Check your VPN: Ensure you don't have a VPN active that might be routing your IP address through India.

Note on Account Regions: If your actual Adobe ID account was originally created while set to India, your account region might be locked. If the steps above don't work, please reach out to our Adobe Customer Care team directly via the chat icon on the Adobe support page.

They have the backend tools to help adjust your account's country settings.

    Thanks

    Matt
