I have a problem with nano banana 2 and using firefly

To Whom it May concern,

Last week I was trying to used Firefly for some renderings but it kept crashing telling that NanoBanana2 was overloaded by users and therefore it could not create the renderings. Nonetheless credits have been consumed, even if the requested operations were not made. 

I kindly ask you to check what happened to us and refound the lost credits, thank you!

      In Firefly, credits are deducted as soon as you click Generate, but if the generation fails due to an error, those credits are automatically returned to your balance. For that reason, the best way to double‑check your credit balance is after an error occurs.
