This is an important question for anyone using AI-generated visuals in client advertising. Having an active Adobe subscription and creating the image through Adobe Firefly can provide certain commercial-use rights, but it’s still worth checking the specific Firefly terms that apply to the image and your subscription. Since the image shows two teens from behind with no visible faces, privacy and likeness concerns may be lower, but the overall context of the advertisement still matters. I would also make sure the image doesn’t unintentionally resemble a real person, copyrighted character, trademarked property, or another protected creative work. Before publishing it for a client, reviewing Adobe’s current Firefly commercial-use guidelines and your client’s own advertising requirements is a smart step.
