I have burned up so many credits trying to get Firefly to understand "NO MUSIC. DRY AUDIO" in my video prompts, yet it comes back with a music bed. Why??? How do I get a refund on my wasted credits???

From the screenshot you shared, it looks like you’re editing a clip with the partner model Runway Gen‑4 Aleph. This model supports edits to visual elements in video (removing or adding objects, changing backgrounds, enhancing details), rather than audio.

If your input clip contains sound, the output will also contain sound; if the input has no sound, the output will remain silent.

The best workaround is to use a separate tool to remove or adjust the audio track before or after applying your visual edits.
