I have lost a lot of points due to the overload or some other problem on the website and didnt get any results. Is there a possibility to get back points for cancelled results?

What to do when its said that my image hasn’t been created due to an error? A have lost my generative points but didnt get any results. Is there some refund for cancelled generations?

    Thanks for writing in.

    We’re curious to know what error are you seeing? and if it’s happening only using a specific model? If you can share a screenshot that would be helpful.

    Our team is already aware that some Creative Cloud customers generating imagery using Nano Banana Pro are experiencing elevated error rates and delays, and we are actively working to address the issue.
    But if the error is related to another model, please let us know.

    Concerning credits, they are deducted the moment you hit Generate, but if the generation fails due to an error, those credits are automatically returned to your balance, they might take a moment, but they do return to your balance.
