I'm trying to create a video on the Firefly website, but I keep getting errors. I keep getting this error: "A problem occurred. The model you are using is currently unavailable. Please try again later." Please fix this problem; it's been disrupting my work for the past 2-3 days. :(

We need additional information to understand what is happening. Can you please reply with the following information:

• A screen shot of the whole browser (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).

• A copy of the keyframe(s), reference images or video you were using (if any), or image you were using in generative fill.

Could you provide an example of your prompt(s)?

I noticed that you mentioned “no facial changes”.
Consider removing that part of the prompt.

I like to start prompts like this: keep original image, use the original image…
This helps…
I have had to delete unwanted images and start over.
