I have submitted at least 10 prompt where it generates images and then it bigs out and it is as if it never was but i still got my credit substracted

I have submitted at least 10 prompt where it generates images and then it bigs out and it is as if it never was but i still got my credit substracted, it is infuriating and there is no history of it

    Could you have a look under your generation history at the bottom of the page for your images?

    Could you  provide a screenshot and your prompt? and provide a few more details by what you mean?

    It was a bunch of different prompt and it was at random, the prompt were always different and it would happen at different interval, they would give me the image and than white blank screen and the prompted image would disappear and i cannot find it in the history
