I have used 1500 credits out of my firefly video gen balance and none of the videos were generated.. its been running for over a day now, 4 different prompts and none off them finished

I have tried generating 4 different videos in firefly, non of them got generated. It used 1500 credits and no videos. It is still running and tells me to wait but nothing is happening.. its been working for over 24 hours now

      I'm sorry about the trouble. Have you already checked the Generation history? Your Stuff > Generation history. Please note: If the generation fails, credits will be restored to your account soon.
