I installed firefly for the so called "unlimited" weekend until the 16th, but haven't been able to use it since early on the 14th because I am "out of credits" so much for "unlimited access"

I keep getting an error that I'm out of credits, when it's supposed to be an unlimited weekend.

    To better assist you, could you confirm whether the plan you purchased included a free trial? It’s possible you’re on a 7‑day trial, which provides a limited number of generations for Standard and Premium features before your allotted credits become available.


    Please share your plan details along with a screenshot of the 'out of credits' message you’re seeing. That will help us look into this further.
