I just bought credits and it says i have none pls help

It says i have 0 generative credits left but i didnt use them pls help

Hi @cristina_1960 and @1333623,

 

Can you try logging out and back in again? Please make sure that you are logging into the account the plan was purchased under. In the past some people Bought on one account and then logged in with their Google account or vice versa and did not have any credits.
