I just bought your premium and somehow ran out of credit, my very next generation

I signed up for your monthly premium after I ran out of credits. So you mean to tell me I get the same amount of credits. If I do your premium or not, because the only way that I would not be able to generate after purchasing premium, is if premium and free have the same amount of credits. I would like to be able to generate after you took my money, please. And now saying I can't buy additional??

    To better assist you, could you confirm whether the plan you purchased included a free trial? It’s possible you’re on a 7‑day trial, which provides a limited number of generations for Standard and Premium features before your allotted credits become available.

     

    Please share your plan details along with a screenshot of the message you’re seeing when you try to generate. That will help us look into this further.
