I'm being charged $29.99 for 7,000 credits. I don't know what it's for. How do I cancel it?

I am going to guess what happened because this also happened to me. At one point, this current plan:

Offered 7,000 credits per month. It was changed to 4,000 per month and I think the price changed also when all of the Firefly plans were revamped. People who were on the old plan, were grandfathered by having their plan changed to a 7,000 credit per month plan:

You can go to this on your https://account.adobe.com/plans page and click “Manage Plan”. That is where the option to cancel the plan is:

    droopy

I have escalated this for you.
