Question

I’m generating videos using Kling AI 3.0, and I’m having an issue with the credits. This is the second time that I’ve used 375 credits (750 total so far), but the video was never generated. However, the credits were still deducted from my account

What I did was select only the initial and final frames, set the video length to 15 seconds, the resolution to 1080p, and used the Kling 3.0 model. After adding the prompt, I generated the video. The total cost was 375 credits.

However, after waiting for more than 1 hour, the video was never generated, but the credits were still deducted from my account. I had to refresh/restart the page afterward.

Then I tried generating another video and it worked normally, but when I attempted to generate a new one again, the exact same issue happened: after around 2 hours of waiting, I got no result, and the credits were deducted once more.

In total, I’ve lost 750 credits because of this issue. Is there any way to recover those credits or fix this problem?

    Hey @Estefano15

Kling, a 3rd party model, takes a long time to make long videos. I find making short clips works significantly better. Saves time, headache, and short snappy videos.

I would then splice them together in
    Adobe Express

Credits are deducted when you press generate. If the generation fails, they should be restored, but it is not necessarily instantaneous. Can you please double check to see if they have since been restored?

    cheers
