 I paid for Premium but when I click the healing tool premium features comes up, I select “continue” & it tells me to upgrade. I’ve also restored the purchases (none to be found?) & login is same as one I used to purchase premium.

    Hi ​@metaphysicallyember,

     

    Are you sure you are logged into the same account that you purchased the premium plan for? I have seen cases where people had multiple accounts (home/school, enterprise/home) and were not logged into the correct account.

     

    If you are then we need more information to help:

    • A screen shot of the whole browser where it is telling you that you do not have enough credits.

    • Please click on your avatar in the upper right corner and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.

    • Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).
