I purchased Creative Cloud Pro annual plan but my Credits are deleted after subscription ended ?

Dear Community, 

I purchased a Adobe Creative Cloud annual plan. After one year I cancelled the subscritpion some days ago. Now I wanted to use my remaining credits (approx. 4000). But it seems they are all deleted? As I paid for these credits I wonder if the deletion of credits is correct?
