Question

I request to return the used credit for those videos please.

I have upload product image and I have generated videos, at least 2 videos the product image was totally different, although I have highlighted in the prompt that I need the image details accurately. I request to return the used credit for those videos please.

    Could you provide more information to proceed. Without the requested information it is difficult to assist you resolve the issue.

    Could you create a full screen video of your workflow showing us what is happening? This would help considerably.

    Provide your prompt and reference image(s) if there are any?

    Which model(s) are you using?

    Could you give us more information: Are the images your own photos/ images? Were the images generated by another AI Source, if so which one(s)?

    Thank you very much for your feedback and investigation support. Yes I have product image for our organization, it is somehow confidential to share the product image here, but its a fluid bottle and I was looking to create background and have the camera moved slowly around the product, and the prompt I’ve created first and used Gemini to refine it, to suits the time and to clarify the requirements to ensure accurate output. the first Trial, the product images was accurate but I was trying to zoom out the camera, all the later videos, the product image was totally different, even though I have request to (not change any details of the shape of the product), in one video, the logo was same but during rotation part  of the logo being changed :D .. you know that I am using the credits but the result is not as what supposed to be, its like a kind of gambling or by change, but frankly saying I hope this get improve, the out come is something amazing.
