I requested three file to be created as .PNGs and they all had checkered backgrounds?

When I requested a .png file from the creation, the download had a checkered background that was not pransparent.

    Hey ​@pilot78 

    could u provide a screenshot of the final output? Usually, the checkered background you see is an indication that the image is transparent. when you download it and then view the image you will see that there is no background.
