I subscribe for the $9.99 and I didn’t receive my credits and I can’t generate videos

​@avid_society2146  to add to ​@Gabriel Grundler Y. mentioned You may also need to log out of the creative cloud app to reset the functions of Firefly. Log out then back in to the Creative Cloud App, after you get a new subscription or change subscription.
