I subscribed and the system isnt letting me use the 5 free video generations I was offered and paid for

I paid for the subscription that included 700 credits and 5 free video generations.  The system produced 2 videos that were not at all what was commanded and that used all my credits. Also now the system isnt issuing or letting me use my 5 free generations
