I tried to create an AI video in Kling 3.0, but 30 minutes have passed and it still hasn't been completed. Will I lose my credit or will it be refunded?

      Thanks for bringing your question to us.
       

      Credits are deducted as soon as you click Generate, but if the generation fails with an error, those credits are automatically returned to your balance.

      If you don’t see the credits restored, please double‑check your generation history, there’s a chance the generation completed successfully and is stored there.
