Dear Adobe Firefly Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue I recently encountered while using Adobe Firefly’s video translation feature.

I uploaded a video for translation, and the process progressed to approximately 90% completion. However, it suddenly stopped and did not finish. Despite the task remaining incomplete, the credits for this operation were still deducted from my account.

This situation is quite frustrating, as I did not receive the intended service, yet I was charged for it. I kindly request that you review this issue and refund the deducted credits at the earliest.

Please let me know if you require any additional details such as the project ID, upload time, or account information to investigate further.
