Question

I used points to generate a video that did not follow the prompts. Each time I would attempt to correct, I lost hundreds of points without prior notice.

The video would appear along with the original script. I would edit the script on that page and press generate. About three attempts ended with a locked a blank screen. I closed and reopened the app and go back to the original script and do the above steps. When a video appears it ends before the prompt instructions were implemented.

    Thanks for writing in about this.

    In Firefly, credits are deducted each time you click Generate. Even if you only adjust the wording of the prompt or tweak the settings, once you hit Generate again, the credits shown next to the button will be deducted from your balance.

    As for the video not including all the details from your prompt, this may be because the prompt was too long for the selected duration, or the duration itself was too short.
