I've been putting in ideas it says making it shows up for a split second and then instantly deletes it. It also isn't giving creadits back when it's doing this.

So as normal, I put my prompt and images into the generator, pick the settings sizes ect. and press enter. It seems like it’s loading as normal. And it starts to pop up with the image, and without moving my mouse or touching any buttons, it seems to be straight up deleting them, and I’m unsure why. It’s only been happening for me today, but it’s happened a few times, and when I’m making 4k images on Nano banana, it takes 60 credits and doesn’t give them back when it does this. It shows up for a very split second and then it’s gone.

Thank you! It has worked I had to reset the browser and then go into the full generation history!

    Hi Jacynta Tuelstrup,
We appreciate you reaching out about this issue.

Could you first check whether your missing results appear in the Generation history under Your stuff? This section allows you to access all your previous generations.

If you’re able to locate them there, please try the following steps to resolve the feed display issue:

    • Clear cache & cookies: Cached data can cause glitches. Clearing your browser cache or using an incognito window may help.

    • Use another browser: Make sure it’s up to date.

    • Disable extensions: Ad blockers or privacy tools can interfere with the feed. Temporarily turn them off to test.

    • Refresh your account session: Log out and back in, or refresh your Adobe account.

Please let us know if you were able to retrieve your past generations and whether any of these steps helped resolve the issue.

    Hajar
