I've lost over 1000 credits trying to generate a simple animation from an image of a cartoon monster.

    Hey @enefftv
Your credits will eventually show up.

let’s revise your prompt a bit.
    Prompt
Make the monster's eyes blink and with subtle movement to the hair . The background moves subtly movement and the stars twinkle.

Keep in mind when prompting ask specifically for what you want: active voice :D
    (The stars might not twinkle)

    Cheers

Thanks for the tips! It seemed like maybe the aspect ratio was causing errors. It was a square image and seemed to not work every time I tried to generate a 16:9 video rather than a square video.

I’ll keep an eye out for the credits.

Check your account. You should have the credits restored if nothing was generated.

Yea I’m looking at it and I don’t think so. I lost credits for every video that didn’t load.
