I want it to add motion to a picture and it won't do it because apparently it violates guidelines and the funny thing is is that it generated the picture in the first place and the motion doesn't violate any guidelines at all

I'd like a refund for the subscription and I am canceling it and the prompts that I put in there doesn't violate guidelines at all so I don't know why it's refusing to do it so I'm just not going to use your service

In addition to what @N8. said, to cancel your Adobe Firefly subscription, please follow the steps on Adobe’s official cancellation page:
    https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html

In summary: sign in to your Adobe account, go to Plans and payment, select Manage plan for the Firefly plan, then select Cancel your plan.

A few things worth being aware of before cancelling:

Cancellation terms vary by plan type. Full details of cancellation terms by plan type are here:
    https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html

Note that if you also subscribe to other Adobe products such as Creative Cloud, Acrobat, or Adobe Express, these are billed separately and would need to be cancelled individually.

    Hey @epic_parentf174
Sorry that you are encountering this issue. Encountering this error is frustrating especially if it being generated by the very AI itself. Things that I have noticed that sometime cause violating guidelines

    Common problems

    • Trademarked / Copyright
    • Political figures / Celebrities
    • Long complicated prompts (often from ChatGPT)
(short easy to read prompts tend to work very well)
    • busy or dark images for videos. the images need to be easy to distinguish who the main characters are and what the background is.

Maybe the image uploaded is dark or busy?
