i was charged 720 credits three times for the exact same video. how do i get my credits back?

Hey there, sorry about the credit issue.

Did you receive any error message when generating the video? How many times did you press the generate button?

If you received an error message, the credits may have disappeared temporarily but they should return soon. There's a refund system for failed generations.

Please let us know more details if I'm not understanding correctly. Screenshots are always helpful too!
