I was charged for 3 generations for the same video. I need a credit refund of 800credits

When I went to generate a video it charged me for 3 vids of the same video. I would like a refund for the credits I lost generating those videos.

Hey, sorry to hear this issue. It should refund your credits soon if it accidentally over-charged you. Did it throw an error message? Did the generations complete?

We’d love to help you get this sorted out, but we’ll need a bit more information to understand what’s happening. Could you clarify how the deduction occurred? For example, did a single generation result in three outputs, or were credits deducted at three times the amount displayed?
